I created a video reel to show our audience that SOXOS participated in the Canadian Pet Expo. The reel shows our pop-up spot with snippets of the custom sock design and printing process. Aside from creating content for their Instagram page, engagement was also a top priority to keep the audience interested in what we're doing. Responding to comments and adding questions to the captions are some tactics we try to incorporate to encourage our audience to interact with our posts.

"What's in the Box?" is an Instagram reel that I made that showcases some behind-the-scenes. It shows the socks that did not pass the quality checks.

Aside from creating engaging content for their Instagram, I was also tasked to create e-mail campaigns promoting limited-time offers. During Black Friday, I designed an email that showed that the company's products were discounted at 35% off their original price to celebrate Black Friday. 
To make the email appealing and engaging to their e-mail subscribers, I ensured that the "Black Friday Sale" and "35% off" were big so they caught people's attention more. Following that, I also included a few products in the e-mail with a button that leads to the product page to encourage the customer to see the product and hope that they add the product to their cart and eventually buy it.
Lastly, the business does not only do B2C marketing but also B2B. For B2B, the main purpose of their marketing is to encourage businesses and teams, including schools, to order their customizable socks to fit their branding needs. In this example, I created a graphic that showcases one of our B2B custom bulk sock orders from a private company.
